Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order was marked delivered by USPS. Once your order is outside of the 30 day time period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags and stickers attached, and in the original condition in which you received it. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

No refunds on custom orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back before we have accepted your return.

Refunds or partial refunds will not be granted if:
The returned item is received and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The number of days it takes for the refund to appear is at the discretion of your financial institution, and is out of our control.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first double check your account, and follow up with your financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will not be permitted unless there is damage or other issues with the item due to our error.
